The Nitro Stampede now comes equipped with mirror-chrome All-Star™ 2.8 wheels wrapped with pre-glued Talon™ all-terrain tires. This tire has a smooth-running Revo-Spec® Talon tread pattern that provides incredible grip on hard-packed surfaces, tears through rocks and gravel, and kicks up giant roosts of dirt off-road. Each tire contains a performance-tuned foam insert to provide extra stability. New gray-molded parts tastefully compliment the look of the chassis. Nitro Stampede’s TRX® Pro.15 engine has been proven for power and reliability, and features a precision two-needle carburetor. The wide tuning latitude makes the TRX Pro.15 very forgiving so it stays running and idles smoothly as you learn how to perfect the tune and optimize the performance. The Nitro Stampede has earned its reputation for performance and durability with features like the tough chassis design. It is constructed of lightweight composite materials that have the engine-cooling properties of 6061-T6 aluminum. Maximum center ground clearance is provided by the unique dual-plane design. The Magnum 375™ transmission is specially geared for monster truck torque and is equipped with an adjustable slipper clutch to control traction. The factory-installed planetary differential is made up of hardened steel gears that never needs adjusting! The long-travel independent suspension, powerful disc brake, and responsive high-torque steering servo work together for smooth control. Rubber sealed ball bearings and oil-filled Ultra Shocks™ come standard with the Nitro Stampede. They have a long life because of the superior sealing of Traxxas X-ring technology.
