The rockers deliver remarkable handling. Traxxas Revo® 3.3 patent-pending linkage-based suspension delivers the most suspension travel of any monster truck. The secret is constantly varying both the spring force and damping to match suspension movement. This means that over small bumps, the suspension is light and responsive, reacting instantly to the surface. When you compress the suspension over large jumps and the rocker geometry progressively increases the spring force and shock damping making the suspension automatically stiffer when you need it most. You can still adjust the ride height, progressive rate, and damping independently of each other. None of this would be possible with conventional suspension design. Only Revo delivers the best handling for every extreme. Revo comes equipped with a AA alkaline receiver battery holder or it can be equipped with a flat 5-cell rechargeable receiver pack (sold separately). The ultra compact throttle servo mount ties rigidly into the chassis and also serves a support for the air filter. This efficiency cuts weight and allows the beauty of the blue-anodized 6061-T6 aluminum chassis to be revealed.
