Return Policy
We are genuinely interested in your satisfaction with the purchase you make from The Remote Control Cars Store and we do our best to ensure that you receive exactly what you order. The Remote Control Cars Store will only accept returns that have not been opened. The return must occur within 5 days of delivery and must be referenced by a RMA number assigned by our support department. Please contact us for a return authorization number (RMA#). We will not accept COD returns or returns without an RMA#. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We will not pay shipping on the returned item.
All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping & handling and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
Backorder Policy
We attempt to avoid backorders as much as is possible. All the items listed on our web site are available for immediate sale and shipment. Out of stock items will be removed from the web site upon notification by the supplier. Should a backorder situation occur we will immediately notify the buyer with available options.
Shipping Policies
Most orders for in-stock items received on a business day before 12:00pm MDT will be shipped the next business day. All Federal Express deliveries and most USPS orders are shipped with delivery signature required unless customer waives this requirement and advises Remote Control Cars Store via e-mail at support@remotecontrolcarsstore.com that they will accept liability should the shipment be stolen after delivery.
Parts: Most parts-only orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. These orders are usually delivered within 3 days. The cost for USPS Priority is $5.00. International Shipping: The Remote Control Cars Store does not deliver to international destinations. We do ship within the continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii. Damaged Goods Policy
If a package has been damaged in shipment and the damage to the packaging is visible please contact us at support@remotecontrolcarsstore.com. Please reference the order number, the item that is damaged or defective. Please keep the product until we notify you with instructions. Do not return a damaged-in-shipment package yourself as the carrier may wish to inspect the package and this could jeopardize your claim and complicate your receiving credit for the return . You are responsible for keeping all paperwork and packaging material until the matter is resolved.
Should you receive a model that is missing a part please contact us immediately. We will refer you to the manufacturer for replacement. They will either ship the missing part, or replace the item entirely. We cannot be responsible for for missing parts if not notified within 5 days of the date of delivery. |
